Koelsch is the author of How to Paint Transparent Flowers with Watercolor and an experienced educator, teaching students globally through her online courses and YouTube channel. Her teaching style emphasizes clarity and confidence, helping artists develop both technical skills and creative freedom.

She serves as a board member of the Nordic Watercolor Society (NAS) and represents Norway internationally.
